- Return & Refund Policy:
- We do not offer colour swops so please make sure about your colour and order fabric swatches online if you are ordering particular colours for your Wedding.
- We do not offer refunds as items are custom made upon order. If found that an item is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, that specific item will be replaced or corrected. These items need to be returned within 7 days.
- Orders that have been paid in advance including deposits where fabric has been cut and placed on hold for sizes are non refundable after 30 days and store credit is provided.
- Alterations are done at a fee. The courier cost too and from the workshop is for the customers expense. You may send your order back with your own courier or request us to send a courier at a cost.
- Deposits on orders are non refundable after 30 days as fabric is cut and kept aside on date of payment of deposit. Store credit can be given if a refund on a deposit is requested after 30 days.
- Covid-19: Returns and refunds due to Covid-19 related topics will result in Store Credit only.
- We reserve the rights to ammend the terms and conditions without priorer notice.
